Delivery and returns: Monébari policy
Orders are prepared and shipped within 72 hours of your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
During busy periods, if the item is no longer in stock, order preparation may take up to 15 to 20 days.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number for your order to keep you informed of the correct delivery of your package.
Delivery costs
Delivery to a relay point by Mondial Relay: free
Delivery via Colissimo, without signature, (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica): €6 incl. VAT.
Delivery to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Ireland and Portugal.
Home delivery in 4 to 7 working days: €15 incl. VAT
Delivery to other countries of the European Union
Home delivery in 4 to 7 working days depending on the destination: €15 incl. VAT
Delivery to the rest of the world and the French overseas departments and territories
Home delivery within 4 to 10 working days depending on the destination: €30 incl. VAT
For delivery outside the European Union, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer, the products being invoiced excluding tax.
Return procedure
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer benefits from a legal withdrawal period of up to fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason.
If the product(s) concerned were the subject of a gift, it is the Buyer who must make the return request and not the recipient of the gift.
To obtain a refund for a Product ordered or its exchange for another Product (subject to available stocks), the Buyer must return the new, unworn Product in its original packaging within fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of the order.
Prior to the return of the Product(s) by the Buyer, the latter must make a return or exchange request by email to hello@monebari.fr.
- The returned product must be in new condition, i.e. similar to that when it was unpacked, and must include all its labels.
- It must also be in perfect condition, with the shoulder strap carefully stored inside the bag.
- The product must be packed in a cardboard box and sent to the following address (with the return number written on the package):
If the above conditions are not respected, MONEBARI reserves the right to refuse the return of said products and will return them to the Buyer, without the possibility of exchange or refund.
The Buyer is advised to keep proof provided by the postal services of the shipment of their package. In the event of non-receipt of the package by Monébari, and without proof of its proper delivery by the postal services, the Company cannot be held liable. Any risk related to the return of the Product is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Furthermore, if, by chance, the Buyer receives a Product from Monébari that does not correspond to his order, he will be invited to contact Monébari within thirty (30) days of receiving his order by email at hello@monebari.fr, so that Monébari can confirm this non-conformity and indicate the return procedure at Monébari's expense.
The Company does not accept returns of Products with freight collect.
IMPORTANT: For returns/exchanges from countries outside the EU , the Buyer must clearly indicate on the customs clearance shipping slip that it is a non-commercial shipment with no market value, to avoid payment of customs duties by Monébari. In the case of an exchange, Monébari will do the same to avoid a second payment of customs duties by the Buyer.
The Buyer will be reimbursed by the Company for all sums paid when ordering for the Product(s) returned, with the exception of the return costs to Monébari which remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
